Mr. Walid Ahmad Gulban acts is Program Manager with AGENDA Afghanistan. He obtained a bachelor’s degree from Rana University, BBA Faculty. Mr. Gulban has 15 years of extensive experience in the field of project management, Communication, and strategic implementation of grants. He designed, managed, and implemented dozens  of  Humanitarian,  Social  services,  and  community  based  projects  in  the country. Mr. Gulban is also a technical writer who has 20 winning concept notes and proposals on his record. He is extensively educated, experienced, and professional in areas of community engagement, women empowerment, democracy & rule of law, Anti-corruption, and advocacy.
